Question No. 17: Shall the Nevada Constitution be amended to instruct Nevada's Congressional delegation and members of the State Legislature to provide for term limits for members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate through action of the Congress or through a Constitutional Convention, and shall the Nevada Constitution be further amended to inform voters how their elected representatives have acted in regard to this issue?
